When you join as the Accounts Payable Assistant you will be joining a market leading automotive manufacturer. This company has a global reach across 20+ countries. They are experts within their field and often are first choice for clients within this sector.

Your new role
Your new role as Accounts Payable Assistant will require you to have strong relationship management skills as a large portion of this role exposes you to suppliers and other areas of the business. You will be processing invoices of up to 100 per day. You will be responsible for accurately and vigilantly maintain the Accounts Payable Ledger. The Accounts Payable team work at a fast paced rate and you will gain leading knowledge, skills and exposure which will add value to you career and its future.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful as an Accounts Payable Assistant in this role you will have previously worked in a similar role for 3 or more years. You will be assertive and possess professional communication skills in order to maintain and build key client relations. You must have previous SAP or Oracle experience as without this you would not be able to perform this role to the expected standard. You must also be able to use Excel to an advanced level (VLookups, Hlookups, Pivot Tables etc).
