Corporate Finance Advisor

Our client, a top 20 Accountancy Practice based in the heart of Hampshire with excellent road and rail links are looking to expand their Corporate Finance function and recruit a newly qualified Accountant preferably from an Audit or Accounts background.

Working closely with the Corporate Finance Partner and Senior Management Team the role holder will play a key part in the delivery of financial due diligence projects. You will work across a range of industry and sectors and be exposed to the acquisition, investment and fund stages of a deal. Relationship building will be key in this position, both internally and externally and as you develop in the role you will also gain to exposure to business development working in close proximity with the Tax and Audit functions. You will be client facing and work in an advisory capacity, predominantly with SME’s and Subsidiaries of larger Groups.

The business are growing with over 15 regional offices across London and The Home Counties. They are acquisitive and able to offer people opportunity to progress and develop their careers with the support of a strong leadership team.

The successful applicant will possess a recognised qualification (ACA or ACCA). Previous Corporate Finance experience is not essential. Prospective candidates will be considered from either an Audit or Accounts background in a Practice environment.
