Management Accountant

A leading property investment and development company with UK and overseas offices are currently looking for a Management Accountant to join their central London office and hold responsibility for the financial management of a portfolio of high end properties. Tasks will include monthly and quarterly management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow forecasting and monitoring of banking covenants, and financial planning and analysis to support business decision-making. The role reports into the Financial Controller who is keen to delegate additional, interesting tasks over and above the day to day responsibilities. You must be a qualified accountant with a broad range of experience within a blue-chip environment.
