A company operating within the online marketing industry requires an Assistant Accountant to join their finance team based in Central London. Reporting directly in to a qualified accountant, you'll be joining a dynamic environment.
Role Responsibilities -
- Bank reconciliations
- Managing payment schedules
- Month end consolidation of accounts
- Revenue recognition
- Assisting with Audit
- Staff Travel Card - expense capturing and credit card reconciliation
- Monthly Travel Analysis - global consolidation of travel spend
- Payroll Processing - US based employees, processing, employee admin, accounting and reconciliation
- Payroll Month End Reporting - global consolidation of payroll cost and benefit reporting
- Sales Commission and Benefit calculations
- Intercompany Reconciliations - weekly transactional reconciliations needed, in global currencies
- ADHOC support to the Group Financial Accountant
Candidate Requirements -
- AAT/CIMA/ACCA/ACA (or equivalent) studiers are encouraged to apply however this is not vital
- 2-3 years experience in the above role responsibilities
