Senior Financial Accountant

ACA qualified from practice with up to two years post qualified experience in Industry? This International media brand is looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to join their team. Reporting to the Financial Controller your responsibilities will include:

• Preparation and submission of statutory financial statements for a range of group companies
• Reporting of monthly/quarterly and annual reporting of forecasts/budgets to the global group
• Review and audit of internal financial processes/controls including the implementation of process improvements across the business
• Assistance with various ad-hoc projects
• Developing key relationships and partner with various departments to deliver key financial insight

The ideal candidate will be ACA trained within practice with up to 2 years post qualified experience in a reporting role in industry. You will have a strong technical background (UK GAAP/IFRS) and a proven track record of producing statutory accounts for a large number of companies would be highly advantageous. The individual will be comfortable working within a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to prioritise work effectively. Finally, the nature of this role requires excellent interpersonal skills in order to communicate effectively with various levels across the business.
