Finance Analyst

I am helping a leading Retail business bring in a first rate Finance Analyst into their busy team. There is a need to have more insightful analysis within this area of the team and this is an opportunity for a an ambitious, driven finance professional to make a real impact.

As the Finance Analyst you will have responsibility for:

• The production of the monthly Group Forecast pack covering written and numerical variance analysis, trackers to budget and forecast and store capex spend reporting.
• The coordinating and consolidating the Group Capex budget process. Including the production of the Group Capex Budget pack and presentation to key stakeholders.
• Liaising with finance teams to ensure capex spend is correctly recorded and reported.
• Significant amounts of ad hoc cost benefit analysis across different elements of capex spend (including refit contribution analysis etc).
• Finance lead in property based projects.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) who has the drive and ambition to succeed in a very visible role. This Finance Analyst role will have exposure to the FP&A Manager, Finance Director and Chairman. You will have the ability to communicate and influence at all levels.
