Tindall Perry are recruiting a Group Financial Controller for a multinational distribution Group. Reporting to the CFO, the role will manage reporting for the European business operations, so will liaise closely with 4 key regional finance leaders, as well as directly oversee accounting from the smaller territories.
The role will have full responsibility for leading the finance team and managing all of the monthly and annual reporting; the FX, banking and risk; financial processes/systems and statutory obligations. In addition, it has a clear mandate to develop and enhance the department, its output and its business interactions.
Applicants need to be of graduate calibre, qualified and have a strong technical finance background. In addition you will have experience of managing multiple stakeholders across multiple entities or territories and have a track record of developing best in class finance teams, processes and systems.
Given the pan European exposure of the role a second European language, whilst not essential, would be beneficial. Equally, the high profile visibility to the wider business offers exceptional succession opportunities.
