Our client, a multisite retailer based in Berkshire is seeking a Head of FP&A. The client is seeking an individual with versatility to operate strategically with the senior leadership team and commercially at store level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Key business partner to the CFO and operational teams
- Be the leader of the FP&A and commercial finance function
- Lead the forecasting cycle including budget, reforecast and outturn
- Lead the delivery of accurate and insightful information to the senior leadership team
- Lead the budgeting cycle constantly looking to improve the quality of forecasting
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, or ACCA)
- Mandatory experience of working in a multisite environment
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team of qualified and part-qualified accountants
- Proven delivery of improvements in both reporting and processes
- Engaging communication style and gravitas with an ability to interact at all levels within the business
