Finance Manager

The Company

Brewster Pratap are delighted to be recruiting for a c£10m turnover manufacturing company based in Sheffield who are looking to recruit for a newly created position of Finance Manager

The Job

This job will report to the Finance Director and will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts function including management accounts, working capital control and annual statutory reporting

Production of monthly management accounts to Group timetable

Review of the management accounts with supporting commentary and variance analysis

Regular review of quality and applicability of reporting pack

Review and authorisation of balance sheet reconciliations

Sign off of monthly expenses and supplier payments

Cashflow forecasting and reporting

HMRC payments and required submissions

Control of the Group reporting requirements

Manage and develop 3 in the accounts team

The Person

Qualified or qualified by experience Accountant with experience in a manufacturing or stock environment. You will ideally have team management experience and be keen to challenge internal practices
