Financial Controller

We are working with an exciting, Private Equity backed, rapidly growing business who are looking to recruit a Financial Controller for a new subsidiary entering their group. You will work closely with the Directors, supporting them in developing the business and establishing a finance and administration function from scratch.

This company has a tremendous vision for the future and are looking for somebody with the same passion and eagerness, as they grow by acquisition, as well as the want to progress as an individual into a future FD for the subsidiary.

You will be capable of recruiting and maintaining a strong and progressive Finance and Administration function and experienced in working with a board, enabling them to focus on further growth. Previous demonstrable experience of setting up robust business processes and systems is essential.

Whilst helping to develop the Group Financial reporting capabilities as a solid model for future acquisitions you will also provide thorough, insightful management information, ensuring that the Directors have full understanding and will be able to offer sound, commercial advice.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious, qualified accountant ACA/ACCA who is aspiring to Finance Director Level and wants to be involved with bringing a profitable SME into a supportive and progressive group which will help them to grow further.
