RattrayParkin is currently supporting the recruitment requirements of a niche Leicestershire based service sector business which is seeking to recruit a high-calibre Finance Director to take a key board level role within the organisation. After securing significant investment, is set to embark on a period of high-growth which will lead it towards a pre-eminent position within its market place.
The successful candidate will oversee a growing finance team and will take responsibility for all aspects of financial management across the business in a role that combines detail with high-level strategy and demanding external stakeholders.
To be considered for this position you will be an accomplished and experienced Finance Director who has previously operated at this level, ideally within a standalone high-growth entity. You will also possess the exceptional business partnering and analytical skills required to effectively business partner and support other board members in achievement of their business plan.
