The newly appointed Finance Business Partner will sit within one of the specialist agencies within the Group – an agency that is experiencing significant growth. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high performing team, who are able to demonstrate knowledge, experience and expertise. As Finance Business Partner, the successful candidate will provide the insight and support required to influence and ensure achievement of revenue and profit targets and delivery of the strategic and operational goals.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Working with the Global team, providing key insight to enable decision making on both current operational activity and proposed initiatives;
  • Overseeing the delivery of high quality management accounts, providing strategic commentary that will support the business in making key decisions and ultimately delivering on strategy;
  • Identifying opportunities to drive financial opportunities and mitigate risks;
  • Partnering senior stakeholders, delivering financial modelling of short, medium and long-term resource requirements to ensure work is delivered as per contractual obligations, without compromising profitability;
  • Building and presenting budgets and forecasts from both a current and long-term perspective;
  • Commercial management of key contracts ensuring adherence to all obligations;
  • Supporting with the negotiation of new contracts;
  • Providing crucial analysis to support business cases and investment appraisals;
  • Providing adhoc project support as required.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • A Qualified Accountant, with extensive experience working in complex, matrix organisations;
  • An experienced business partnering who can demonstrate cost and revenue experience;
  • Strong Excel and financial modelling skills;
  • Proven experience driving and influencing change;
  • Experience analysing business cases and investment opportunities;
  • Have a natural ability to manage a multitude of senior stakeholders.
