This highly successful and market initiative leading consumer products business has secured PE funding that will facilitate a rapid expansion phase from its current turnover of c£15m to an anticipated c£60m by 2021. At this point there will be an exit in the form of a SBO or possible IPO.

The board has been augmented with talented professionals from blue-chip organisations and the requirement is for a highly commercial CFO to fully professionalise the finance function.

Suitable candidates will possess the following background and attributes:

• A fully qualified accountant.
• A background as a main board director within a PE backed organisation.
• Experience of managing rapid organic growth and, ideally, site acquisitions and expansion.
• Systems development and the implementation of KPI's.
• Sector background is not critical but your business experience should be with product-led organisations so you can implement product profitability analysis.
• You will be detail orientated especially with regard to cash flow management.
• Adept at stakeholder management.

Given the rural location it will be acceptable to work on a 'weekly commute' basis and the package will offer an opportunity to partake in a highly lucrative equity incentive.
