Part-Time Financial Controller

FRS Accountancy are currently assisting a niche organisation in their search for a Part-Time Finance Manager / Financial Controller. Reporting to the Group Finance Director this role will take full responsibility for the management of the day-to-day accounting function of a small subsidiary within the Group.   Duties will include:  Manage all transactional aspects of the business.  Manage cash flow within agreed facilities.  Develop and prepare weekly KPI reporting to management.  Prepare monthly management accounts.  Prepare quarterly sales forecast.  Prepare quarterly P&L and Balance sheet forecasts.  Prepare monthly and quarterly cash flow forecasts.  Prepare annual budget.  Prepare and submit various statutory reporting including, VAT, EC Sales, Intrastat and National Statistics.  Prepare annual final accounts and oversee annual audit.   The successful candidate will have previous relevant experience and be flexible in their working hours. This is a permanent Part-Time vacancy working approximately 25 hours per week (Negotiable).
