Green Park is proud to partner with an International Property Group.   

Background of assignment:

Our client requires an experienced finance business partner to step in as an Interim Client Finance Lead for a 12 Month period to add support during a time of change. You will take ownership of the client and property accounting division for a set region, and ensure it continues operate and an optimum level.​

Assignment description:

  • Provide financial guidance and commercial challenge to local stakeholders and local client finance team
  • Ensure accurate representation of the client P&Ls, post all required ledger entries, along with reconciliations of all Working capital, Accruals and Prepayments, and maintain cash flow reconciliations across designated region(s)
  • Be the local point of escalation with clients on key commercial issues and with the local client finance team
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships across the business to influence financial performance and understand contract, price and cost drivers & challenge assumptions where necessary
  • Maximise profitability and long-term sustainability- including billing, cost management, revenue growth ideas, ad-hoc requests, effective use of contractual terms and influencing future rebids/contracts
  • Understand client processes including the planning model / planning cycle
  • Management of financial impacts of KPI / SLA reporting and proactively guiding the achievements
  • Critically appraise all local business plans & tactical decisions regarding Client Finance
  • Collaborate with equivalent Client Finance Leads in other countries to share best practice and continuous standardisation and consistent process improvement
  • Drive and enable the transformation programmes impacting Client Finance

Candidate description:

We require an experienced finance business partner who has performed a similar role working for a large property group and or, service a companies’ property portfolio.  

Candidate requirements:

  • Fully Qualified Accountant.
  • A background in property finance and client accounting.
  • Strong contracts experience, ideally having valued and negotiated property specific contracts.
  • Strong Strategic and Financial Planning Experience.
  • Understanding the impact of KPIs and SLAs that are in place and work collaboratively with the BPO Provider.
