Corporate Finance Director

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Corporate Finance Senior Manager or Director to join the newly established advisory team of an entrepreneurial and growing Independent Consultancy.

You will be responsible for working closely with the Head of Corporate Finance to develop and grow their lead advisory M&A business with a focus on transactions in the £3-50m deal range. Clients will often be entrepreneurial growing businesses across a variety of sectors and as such experience of dealing with OMB and mid market clients is required.

The role will involve managing a range of transactions and supervising junior staff whilst also supporting the Partner with origination and business development initiatives. Ideally the successful candidate will have some track record of generating new work.

By joining this team at its early stages you are ideally positioned to progress to Partner level and enjoy the challenges and rewards of growing a successful business.

The successful candidate is likely to be ACA / ACCA qualified or equivalent with c6-8 years relevant M&A advisory and fund raising experience gained either with a leading Accountancy Practice, Investment Bank or boutique.
