I am looking for a motivated and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join a dynamic and growing hospitality business. The aim of the role is to help drive the Accounts Payable team forward and assist with the day to day management of the purchase ledger. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to make a real difference in a growing team, support the business's success and develop their career.
Reporting into the Accounts Payable Manager, responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Maintaining the daily AP function
- Processing invoices
- Dealing with queries
- Making Payments
- Monitor purchase orders
- Answer all AP invoice queries
- Ensuring all month end and year end processes are completed
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a laid back yet professional and busy team and in order to do so the candidates must have the following skills:
- Previous experience in accounts payable, preferably in hospitality
- Advanced Excel and systems experience
