Payroll Manager

Axon Moore is currently working with highly succesful services business based in Trafford Park who are looking to hire an experienced Payroll Manager into the growing finance team. Currently turning over in excess of £70m and with ambitious but achievable growth prospects, this is a fantastic time to join the company and make this role your own.

Managing a small team of 4 you will be responsible for;

• Accountable for the organisation and efficient running of the Payroll
• All building and maintenance work on current systems and processes
• Supporting the development of HR Systems platforms to enable faster, more efficient processing of data for reporting processes.
• Producing monthly MI business packs/dashboards detailing Key Performance Indicators in respect of headcount, turnover, absence, leavers, joiners etc
• Planning, management and delivery of allocated projects on time and within budget
• Managing and mentoring the payroll team conducting 121’s and continuing their professional development
