15 MONTH FTC - SALES LEDGER CLERK- BIRMINGHAM - 20 - 23Kpa + BENEFITS Our client requires a proficient Sales ledger Clerk for a 15 month fixed term contract Reporting to the Business Systems Manager whereby main responsibilities will include: General banking and up keep of cash booksPosting cash onto NAVUpdating black list paymentsSales invoicingBanking Cheque's and collecting cashManaging proforma's and releasing paid ordersTimesheet reconciliation with Works ManagerLiaise with customers to resolve queriesChasing overdue paymentsEnter internet payments as requiredCreating New customer accountsHaving involvement with the Returns Procedure to finalise any documentation required.Total and balance the cash books (including Purchase Ledger)Sales Ledger month end; balance, save and print the Invoice, Credit Note and Cash Audit TrailsBalance, save and print the Aged Receivables (detailed and summary)Send customer statementsProduce black list and issue throughout the office In return our client offers a early finish on fridays.
