FP&A Analyst - Basingstoke - £45,000-£50,000 + Benefits
Wade Macdonald is currently supporting a publicly listed organisation based in the Basingstoke area on the recruitment of an FP&A Analyst. This is an opportunity to join a global company with a reputation of being a fantastic place to work with a wide range of further opportunities as you develop.
In this position, you will support the FP&A Manager with all aspects of management reporting, forecasting and budgeting.
Further key responsibilities include:
Support the production of the monthly flash report, monthly management accounts and monthly forecast updates
Management of sales and margin reporting, providing in-depth analysis of year to date and period results and variances to budget/forecast
Provide support for the annual strategic planning process
Support in the annual budget process
Provide evaluation of projects and prepare/review financial analysis to support decision making
Continuously challenge and improve the accuracy of financial and management information
Support the Business Partners, providing ad-hoc analysis where required
To be considered for this role, you will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience working in a Financial Planning & Analysis team. You will also be commercially minded, with strong analytical skills along with an ability to build and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders.
This position is offering a basic salary between £45,000 to £50,000 DOE plus benefits including bonus, healthcare and pension.
