Blackwaters is recruiting a Commercial Finance Director on behalf of a high growth Private Equity backed FMCG Group, based in central London.
Reporting to the Group CFO, this role has broad responsibility for the commercial reporting and strategy for the business.
Key deliverables
- Budgeting, forecasting, strategic plan, monthly commercial reporting
- Commercial support – pricing, trade spend optimisation and control, A&P control and efficiency Implement
- Adaptive Insights to give great flexibility, efficiency and visibility relating to financial reporting
- Manage the UK and international commercial finance team
- Contribute to the finance ‘continuous improvement’ programme
- Support M&A activity as required
- Internal audit as required
This is an entrepreneurial business; we’re looking for someone with experience of senior commercial roles (within FMCG). You should demonstrate a desire to challenge the status quo and work autonomously and play a significant role in driving the business forward.
