The Role
Our client is an active PE firm with an excellent reputation. They are currently looking to recruit an Associate/Manager into the existing team, due to expansion. As an associate/ manager you will be involved in all aspects of the deal process, from screening, review of CIMS, due diligence, portfolio monitoring, and preliminary fund raising.
The Person
Entering as an associate/manager you will have/be:
- Qualified Accountant ACA
- 2:1 degree or above
- Experience in investment banking, corporate finance from the top 6 or an independent boutique
- Financial modelling experience
- Have an SME/mid-market focus (advantageous)
The Company
This is an established firm who operate in the lower mid-market. They are able to offer their clients funding from a development capital perspective through to supporting an MBO.
