CFO

An established, successful and expanding private equity- backed organisation requires an experienced and energetic CFO to join their Board. 

A CFO who has an enthusiastic and personable approach is required to join the energised environment of this high growth, successful and market-leading mid-sized organisation. The CFO will work as a true business partner to the CEO in a role that will have broad operational responsibilities including helping structure the sales force, drive improvements in IT systems, costbase and operations as the business continues its double-digit growth trajectory. Finance will evolve to become a stronger business facilitator and add more value as a function given the CFO will be tasked with improving the quality of information and analysis from finance.

With a clear business strategy to expand and with a recent injection of capital from private equity backers, this organisation is set for an exciting and rewarding journey.

Applicants should be experienced SME / mid-market Board CFOs who have worked successfully with private equity investors previously. Deal experience e.g. in leading the sale of a business is also valuable. Industry sector is open but services, B2B or consumer-focused sector experience would be most relevant.
