Great opportunity to work for a Music company that is experiencing positive growth and now requires a highly experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team.
The finance team is friendly and down to earth with everyone having a genuine interest in music making the business a great place to work.
The team is looking for a motivated and experienced Accounts Payable person to join them. To be considered you will have a minimum of 3 years proven experience and have a working knowledge of SAP.
The Role:
- Maintain and reconcile the purchase ledger with your own portfolio of suppliers, processing 400+ invoices on a monthly basis
- Assist with the payment runs
- Post complex cross company and intercompany invoices
- Post payments including BACs, CHAPs, International payments & Direct Debits, managing any FX differences
- Vendor statement reconciliations
- Process employee expenses
- Aged Creditor reporting
- Ensure invoices are paid on a timely basis.
The Person:
- Minimum of 3 years Purchase Ledger experience ideally gained within a Music, Media or Creative business
- Experience of SAP is essential
- Confident communication skills
- Detail orientated with the ability to work to deadlines
- Highly motivated, can work under your own initiative and take ownership of your work
- Strong Excel skills.
