ACA ACCA Qualified Audit Manager Jobs with Top 4 Firm in Southampton
Your new firm
You will be working for a Top 4 Firm in Southampton that is currently looking to recruit several experienced Audit Managers to complement their already existing team as they enter a growth period.
The firm delivers across an extensive range of professional services to the local market. With a mix of recent University graduates through to a highly experienced, long serving senior team, and with a high international diversity of staff, the office creates a fantastic and collaborative working environment.
Your new role
You'll have the opportunity to work across a large and exciting client base of businesses that include large multinational listed and internationally headquartered; entrepreneurial and family owned; early stage and fast growth across technology, life sciences and cleantech; and world leading public, educational and not for profit organisations. With a varied portfolio, you'll be able to gain experience and insight across these, as well as attend our local client events ranging from formal and technical seminars and dinners through to more relaxed, social networking.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with recent experience in IFRS, US GAAP and/or UK GAAP and experience in leading medium sized audit teams. You will have a proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong client relationships and maintain a proactive approach to problem solving.
Mentoring and coaching of more junior colleagues would also be an asset.
What you'll get in return
Outside of their client work, the office has a great community and social programme. They pride themselves on their community affairs activities which over the recent years have included various fundraising days and volunteering support for local charities. All their staff are actively encouraged to participate and are given the time to do so. They also provide numerous social events for staff including monthly drinks and nights out which helps to further bring the team together. You will of course also receive a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with your abilities!
