A Senior Accountant job in Worthing paying £50,000 + benefits for a leading independent firm.

Your new company

You'll be working within a firm of highly successful chartered accountants based in Worthing providing Portfolio Management and leadership. This firm are recognised as market leaders and pride themselves on providing an excellent level of customer service to their clients and are currently looking to appoint a Senior Accountant due to continued long term growth.

Your new role

Your new role as a Senior Accountant will involve managing a portfolio of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies with turnovers up to £4.5 million. You will be responsible for the preparation of accounts, bookkeeping, management accounts, personal and corporate tax returns, VAT returns and submission, bank reconciliation, providing support to non-qualified accountants, providing reports to assist the audit team and client liaison via email, face to face and over the phone.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be ACCA qualified, from a practice background and be competent in accounts preparation to partner review, providing tax advice and assisting in audits.
