Billings Analyst - Technology

One of the fastest growing technology businesses in the world are about to open brand new state of the art modern offices in the heart of central London. Their rapid growth has given room to expansion and they are currently looking for experienced and progressive billing analysts to join their finance teams.

• Providing invoicing activities for an assigned group of customers and ensure billing is complete, accurate, in the required customer format, and issued in a timely manner
  * Operating the billing process in line with a set of financial and non-financial KPI's
  * Working with internal/external customers on billing queries, supporting documents, client liaison and timely cash collections
  * Adhering to the documented billing process and customer information
  * Developing skills to ensure adequate cover can be provided within the Customer Group and Billing Team, by receiving cross training
  * Preparing/processing cash allocation journals, and raise credits & adjustments as require
  * To ultimately ensure our customers have a good experience of Manpower Billing

In order to be considered for this role you will need to have at least 3 years of billings experience and have a keen interest in the software and technology space. They are looking for candidates whose work ethic proceeds them - with lots of room for career progression the ideal candidate must be ambitious.
