Senior Audit Manager

A FTSE 100 energy company are in the market for a Senior Audit Manager. The role reports directly to the Head of Audit. You will also be managing a team of 4 senior auditors.

This really exciting opportunity is for someone looking to make their mark in the energy industry.  The candidate must be able to commit to 30% travel. The travel will involve travel to the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

• To manage senior auditors and help them flourish in the work environment.
• Directly reporting to the Head of Audit on findings from yourself and your team.
• You are required to successfully manage internal audit field work in London and international offices.
• You will need to be able to commit to 30% travel in the EMEA region.
• Be comfortable reporting into senior stakeholders of a large blue chip company

The successful candidate will have:

• Will need to be ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIA qualified.
• A strong background with over 6 years experience in internal audit.
• You must be able to work autonomously and complete to a high standard, whilst managing your time successfully, as you will be working across different time zones.
• Ability to work well under pressure, whilst producing results.
• Ability to manage different personalities as well as manage own workload.
• Experience in report writing is essential.
• Strong analytical skills are essential.
• You must have previous oil & gas or energy industry experience.
