A growing health and wellbeing charity is looking to hire a Financial Controller to lead their finance team in improving financial processes. You will be responsible for managing the financial accounting function's delivery of effective processes and controls whilst gaining unique exposure to senior management.
Key responsibilities
- Review and manage the effectiveness of financial processes and controls
- Prepare financial statements for the group and subsidiary companies
- Partner with senior management and non-finance teams to implement processes and improve cost control
- Play an active role in the Group's Business Transformation project, ensuring the smooth transition to a new finance system.
Candidate requirements
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA/CPFA) with experience in a relevant role
- Experience managing team members
- Experience of preparing financial statements and identifying improvements in financial processes
