PS Resourcing is working on behalf of an international investment bank who are looking to hire at the Associate grade in their M&A TMT team in London.
Working on both M&A and ECM deals, key responsibilities include assisting in maintaining and further developing relationships with existing clients, as allocated, preparation of client proposals / pitches, communicate with clients, colleagues and regulators as required, assist the Associate Directors and Directors in providing advice to corporate clients on their relationships with investors and the market place (especially pertinent for corporate brokers) and develop, market and sell new business ideas to clients.
Candidates must have 3 to 5 years transaction experience in either Corporate Finance M&A or Transaction Services gained in either a major accountancy firm, investment bank or M&A house, possess strong financial analysis, valuation and modelling skills and have the interpersonal skills required to succeed in a fast paced, challenging yet very rewarding environment.
