Finance Business Partner

Brand new Temp to Perm Finance Business Partner role for an ACCA/CIMA PQ/Finalist or ACA/ACCA/ACA qual in an advertising agency based in Central London!!!!

This is a pivotal role within the business as includes both finance business partnering to the client services team and management accountant reporting commercial information to key holders.

The ideal person will have extensive project accounting experience gained within an agency.

• • Establish and maintain strong working relationships across an array of stakeholders and interact proactively with the client services team and the wider finance team
  • Provide high quality day to day finance support to client facing teams whilst ensuring the financial reporting system is properly maintained
  • Hold monthly meetings with account leads to review revenue performance against prior forecast
  • Continuously review net WIP and accrued income balances
  • Understand the impact of foreign currency transactions on projects during the revenue recognition and forecasting process
  • Assist the Financial Controller in ensuring working capital targets are maintained through prompt invoicing, WIP management, cost forecasting and cash management
  • Prepare periodic client and departmental P&L reports
• Assist Financial Controller in designing and implementing a suite of commercial reports and business information dashboards that aide business decisions and link to top level strategies
  • Assist the Financial Controller in coordinating the annual budgeting and monthly reforecasting process
  • Prepare variance analysis and commentary for the monthly P&L reporting
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations with a focus on revenue related accounts
• • Manage data integrity by ensuring invoices are posted correctly to support proper analysis of the P&L
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with various external stakeholders such as third party suppliers and client finance teams
