Our client, a global market leader and highly sought after employer of choice, is looking to source a top calibre Senior Finance Analyst to join its dynamic E-Commerce Finance Team. This is a huge area of focus for the business, with the successful candidate playing a key role is driving strategy and delivering ambitious growth targets.

Main duties include:
* Managing third party distribution costs and photo studio budget; providing insights and analysis on e commerce distribution costs, trends & KPIs. Investigate anomalies, driving the business to embed cost per unit and profitability and productivity targets mentality
* Monthly reviews of financial performance, variance analysis versus budget and forecast. Understand and challenge underlying KPIS in ecommerce business
* Establish a database of KPIs, creating a high level flex model that with allow for better monitoring
* Providing financial and support and analysis in evaluation of business cases. Evaluate and report actual versus planned outcomes for business cases
* Working with Ecommerce Finance Manager to provide insight in order to develop long-term strategies to support growth
* Continually challenge current thinking and make recommendations on how to optimise operations and minimise risk/cost to the business
* Budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning
* Producing reporting analysing trade and customer behaviour

Key skills, qualifications & experience required:

* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualification
* Strong academic record, minimum 2:1 from a well-regarded institution
* Advanced Excel
* Proactive, self-starter with a positive attitude
* Persistent and committed to achieving targets, going the extra mile to deliver
* Confident and credible character with excellent communication
* Proven analytical skills and the ability to act as an effective business partner
* Likeable, diplomatic and professional nature; capable of challenging others where necessary without jeopardising relationships
* Previous retail/e-commerce experience would be an advantage
