Deputy Head of Finance

SF Group are currently recruiting an Interim Deputy Financial Controller for our West Midlands based client on a 18 month fixed term contract. This is a highly involving role where you will be providing a range of financial services to a number of departments providing a link between central finance and the front line of the business.

You will produce meaningful budgets and ensure that they are managed effectively, recommending actions to mitigate risks and realise business opportunities. You will produce agreed forecasts, budgets and five year plans develop management reports which are relevant and appropriate to recipients.

Our client requires a qualified Accountant and has significant post qualified experience. You will be confident in your communication skills in order to offer guidance to challenging stakeholders and genuinely enjoy the challenge of dealing with non-finance personnel. You will have exposure of working in an organisation with complex structures and be able to challenge positively without causing conflict.
