Senior Assistant Accountant required for a high-growth business based in Walsall. This is an opportunity for a strong Assistant Accountant or Accounts Assistant to join a company that has enjoyed much success in recent years to continue your professional development.
As the Senior Assistant Accountant, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting the transactional finance team when busy
- Supporting month end processes including calculating and posting journals
- Monthly accruals/prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations
- Leading a small team of Assistant Accountants in a supervisory capacity
Person requirements
This is a high-growth, dynamic and busy environment and, as such, you will need to be capable of working to tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment. You must be experienced in an environment with high volumes of invoice processing and have posted journals including accruals and prepayments previously.
