Salary £60k

The Role
Due to a recent merger with a Top 60 firm, which has led to rapid internal growth, a dynamic and growing Accountancy Practice, based in City of London, is currently looking to recruit a Transformation and Change Manager.

Responsibilities
 Improve efficiency & effectiveness of workflow for new clients
 Ensure smooth transition process for on-boarding new clients
 Implement, improve and optimise systems (Xero & Receiptbank)
 Help to improve workflow efficiency for existing clients
 Improve quality of output for on-boarding clients
 Management Accounts process
 Monthly cycle focus
 Initial 6 month focus on improving current processes
 Continuously look to implement change and improvements of internal controls
 Eventually develop and manage an on-boarding team

Requirements
 Previous experience of software implementation
 Ideally, at least, 5 years Post Qualified Experience
 Experience with Xero & Receiptbank
 Stakeholder/Senior staff management
