Partner Financial are currently working with a Global E-Commerce business who have ambitious growth plans for the next 3-5 years. The business has built an incredibly strong brand within the sector, derived from their customer focus and exceptional product offering.
The business is seeking an Interim Commercial Finance Manager to support the Finance Director whilst a permanent individual is found. This individual will be an experienced analyst, with the ability to influence and advise on key decisions and work closely with the Senior Management Team.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the FD with ad-hoc analysis across the various business lines;
- Supporting decision making through detailed modelling regarding revenue and new markets;
- Preparing, maintaining and commenting on KPI dashboards;
- Business partnering with Head of sales and supporting the long-term 3 year planning process;
- Periodic actualisation and scenario analysis to support the running of the company forecast model;
- Analysing and developing new business cases;
- Mentoring a small team;
- Overseeing month end close, preparing reporting, budgeting and forecasting;
- Business partnering with commercial teams and providing post investment appraisals.
The ideal candidate will be:
- CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualified with excellent analytical skills;
- Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to influence commercial decision making;
- Confident at creating and building user friendly Excel models;
- Able to demonstrate proven experience managing revenue;
- Confident presenting findings & results to senior stakeholders, specifically within the commercial team;
- Able to demonstrate experience working within a high growth business;
- The type of person who thrives when working under pressure.
