SF Group are recruiting a Finance Manager for our education sector client. This a fantastic opportunity to secure a team leader post that will see you have a wide remit in a progressive organisation. Responsibilities will include managing a team of 2 staff members, assist with statutory and management accounts and to ensure that relationships are forged with wider teams. You will be a strong Finance Manager and MUST have experience of managing at team.
My client is looking for a versatile Finance Manager to motivate and develop the current finance team. Furthermore, you will be expected to deputise for the FD on certain occasions.
You will recognise the need for diplomacy when leading a small team and how to get the most out of each of your direct reports. The client will consider both qualified and part-qualified applicants.
