PERMANENT, CLIENT/PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT, BIRMINGHAM CITY CENTRE BASED
Your new company
You new company is an Internationally established commercial organisation. They are highly established and have presence in over 25 countries with a turnover exceeding £600 million. With your team based in Birmingham,you will deliver property management accounting for all of the UK with collections of just under £800 million each year.
Your new role
As Client/Property Accountant you will be reporting into Client Expenditure Manager and working closely with Property Managers and a team of Property Accountants. You will be expected to have prior knowledge and experience when carrying through functions such as service charges, utilities recharges and KPI recharges.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful as Client/Property Accountant you will have previously worked in a similar role in a similar organisation for a minimum of 2 years. Daily accountability will include the following:
- Accruals
- Prepayments
- P&L's
- Balance sheets
You will have strong communication skills teamed with exceptional organisation skills to match the busy team and fast paced environment and work flow. You will also require advanced Excel skills to perform VLookups and Pivot tables.
