Your new role
This is a fantastic opportunity. Newly created and working directly with the Finance Director, you will be primarily involved with providing insightful management reporting to senior stakeholders whilst leading a finance team of 6. Considerable FP&A on multiple concurrent projects will be required, and the annual statutory accounts will be yours as well as being the point of contact for the external accountants. Additional commercial elements of your role will include liaising with and constructively challenging operational and technical teams to analyse property performance and work collaboratively with these teams to effectively influence and maximise profit. Continuous improvement of the general control environment alongside other ad hoc tasks will keep you day to day very busy.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have strong academics and a sound technical understanding of accountancy from recently completing your ACA, ICAS or CIMA accounting qualification from within an accountancy practice. Importantly, you will be ambitious and motivated to join a business that will provide continuous challenges and growth opportunities. Knowledge and interest in real estate/property will be highly advantageous.
