THE JOB
Reporting into the Divisional Finance Director, the responsibilities for this role are very broad and have a strong project theme running through them. Some of the key areas include;
- Providing financial support to the divisional strategy and business plan
- Leading the budgeting, forecast and reforecast exercise
- Ownership of the P&L and balance sheet
- Supporting the business development process in tendering for new business. (Including face time with current and potential customers)
- Leading, managing and developing the finance department
THE CANDIDATE
- ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified
- Very high grasp of commercial finance
- Technically disciplined, ideally including IFRS experience
- Key competencies of communication, leadership, gravitas and commercial acumen
