Experienced Finance PMO who has significant track record supporting finance projects required for global transport company based in London. This business is embarking on a large scale transformation programme to improve their current processes and control and require the successful individual to play a hands on role in this.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record supporting finance projects/transformation end to end through the entire lifecycle.
- Programme financials experience will be required, as will strong powerpoint and excel skills, particularly in support of programme financials.
- Participate in the project planning activities and record the execution of projects according to plan
- Proactively identify changes in work scope and highlight to the project/ programme management team to ensure appropriate planning measures are taken with internal and external stakeholders to reassess and amend the scope of work requirements, budget and timeline.
- Ensure proper use of project management methodology, standards, tools, processes and procedures
- Record project risks, ensure contingency plans are identified by the project management
