Finance Analyst

Following a recent takeover by a large retail business, this dynamic, forward thinking, medium size agency are looking to really grow their finance team, starting with a new commercial finance analyst.

The role will be highly revenue focused, enabling the candidate to have real autonomy, working with budget holders, business partnering and impacting strategy.

As a newly created role, the successful candidate will have to have the motivation to impact change and introduce processes with regards to cash flow reporting, kpi analysis and contract reviews etc.

The company are expecting to double their turnover by targeting a wider market in the next 3 years, so this role will be well reward and recognised from the word go.

The Role

Taking responsibility for implementing budgeting and forecasting processes
A key focus on margin. Making sure the company hit targets and know their position at all times
Business partnering with creative and operational managers
Working on developing financial models
Reporting into the FD with dotted line to COO

The Candidate

A qualified accountant
Ideally with experience in an SME (small/medium sized) business environment
Business partnering experience
Financial analysis
Desire to work in a creative, media environment
