Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager to join a growing team within a dynamic business, based in Central Birmingham.
The Role:
As Finance Manager/Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:
Leading a team responsible for financial accounting, statutory reporting, financial management and the management of budgeting & quarterly forecasting activities.
Your Profile:
Candidates wishing to apply for this role must have:
- A robust knowledge of financial controls and safeguards, complex budgeting and forecasting
- Manage change in systems and processes
- Experience managing both qualified & part qualified accountants
- You must be a qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA)
- Experience of fast-paced and challenging environments
Salary and Benefits:
A base salary of £45,000 - £50,000 is offered
