Management Accountant

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Management Accountant to join a £Billion+ turnover business. The right person will work with finance and non-finance stakeholders to explain and influence key decision making. Reporting directly to Head of Finance

The role

• Preparation of accurate and timely monthly Reports for all facets of the business
• Ensure internal and external data is validates to provide a consistent delivery of information
• Analysis of sales, costs, revenue and all other key business drivers
• Work with Finance Analyst to present to senior stakeholders
• Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare month end review pack with analysis and commentary

The Person

• Qualified/Finalist Accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Keen to progress within the business and make a commercial impact
• Previous experience within the energy/utilities space (desirable)
