Financial Accountant

A Financial Accountant job is available within a rapidly developing insurance broker, responsible for operating efficiencies and improvements to working practices and procedures.

Your new company
This organisation is dedicated to providing specialty risk management to its large portfolio of clients. Based in London, this company was only established a little over 10 years ago and is already affiliated with a number of large companies, individuals and spans the globe as a unified team. The company has opened this new role due to its expansion which reflects on its consistent growth since its launch.

Your new role
This new opportunity will include maintaining relationships with the groups auditors, tax advisers and other parties whilst working under the direction of the Financial Controller and CFO. You will also be directly involved in devising, implementing and reviewing the adequacy of the Group's internal controls. Your role will be mainly in London but you will also be required to travel to other locations from time to time.

What you'll need to succeed
A professional accounting qualification is required for this role, with a detailed understanding and knowledge of general financial accounting principles. It is also beneficial to have a background in insurance, and a natural efficiency at interpersonal responsibilities is a huge plus.
