Fund Controller

Robert Half are recruiting for two Fund Controller positions with a leading boutique investment management firm in the heart of London's West End. The Fund Controllers will focus on the real estate and student accommodation sector, or debt infrastructure dependent upon experience and suitability. Each Fund Controller at this rapidly growing investment management firm will look after a number of entities and work closely with portfolio managers. Responsibilities include reviewing packs prepared by asset managers, reviewing quarterly NAVs, reviewing quarterly management accountants and much more.

To be considered for the role of Fund Controller at this West End based boutique investment management firm you must a ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with two years plus of post qualified experience. The Fund Controllers will have experience within a real estate fund environment whether in administration or in house (REIT experience would be highly desirable) OR experience within a debt infrastructure fund.

My client is a boutique investment management firm based in the West End of London. They currently have 3 major listed investments: student accommodation, a debt infrastructure fund and an asset backed income fund. This investment management firm was set up in 10 years ago and is growing exponentially; they have just moved to 4000 square foot swanky offices in London's West End.

The Fund Controller roles are paying £55,000-£65,000 dependent on experience. The Fund Controllers based in the West End of London will also receive annual bonuses above market average.
