Operations Finance Manager

Our client, a leading employer of choice and FTSE 100 that continues to grow and innovate, is looking to source a commercially astute and highly motivated Operations Finance Manager, to lead and support the development of new concepts and branding. You will act as Business Partner to the Operations and Project Teams and be truly influential in decision making and capital investment across the various brands and programmes.

Main duties include:
* Site level P&L budgeting for respective brands
* Brand and site level weekly performance reporting
* Insight and challenge on underlying drivers of performance
* Producing financial action plans to support the Operations Team deliver within Budget
* Challenge investment and operating cost assumptions
* Financial control over projects overhead costs
* Investment evaluations and business case production
* Design of post investment evaluation criteria
* Own the modelling assumptions for the brands
* Tracking and forecasting capital spend

Key skills & experience required:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with PQE gleaned in a fast-paced, commercial environment
* Good understanding of financial planning and management techniques
* Commercial acumen, strong understanding of operational business drivers
* Excellent interpersonal skills - clear ability to communicate and influence financial and non-financial stakeholders at all levels
* Highly analytical, capable of identifying core issues and provide assessments grounded in logic
* Proactive and positive attitude towards tasks, natural problem solver and comes up with creative solutions
* Advanced Excel
