A leading Financial Services business in Hertfordshire are seeking a Finance Manager ( ACA/ACCA/CIMA) on a permanent basis. Investment Finance provides accounting, reporting and analytical services for a wide variety of Investment Division clients and Senior management / stakeholders both in Europe and North America.
Key Finance Manager responsibilities will include:
- Supervising the operational production and completion of all Invested Assets reporting and analytics for the European segment.
- Regulatory returns, reporting & analysis
- Statutory and other Financial account support
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis on market trends
- European Investment income budget and income variance analysis
- Responsibility for the day to day management of a small team of direct reports including motivation, one to one's and staff development and training
Your characteristics:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA) or overseas equivalent
- Strong financial accounting experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced excel skills
