Director of Group Reporting and Controls

Our client, a high growth innovative multinational organisation is seeking a Director of Group Reporting and Controls. The client is seeking a driven individual who can be an important player on the finance leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Key figure reporting to the Senior Finance Director and liaising with the wider organisation
• Responsible for functions related to accounting and reporting including a sizeable transactional finance team
• Continual improvements of reporting to support leadership decisions
• Responsible for maintaining group policies and controls
• Be a key member in driving transformation throughout the finance organisation

Candidate Profile:

• A well-grounded individual with a 2:1 or 1^st degree
• A big 4 accountancy qualification with significant post qualification experience
• Proven leadership skills success in driving finance teams on a multinational level as a Group Financial Controller.
• Ability to influence at all levels across the organisation
• Knows what good looks like for a dispersed finance organisation

Package: up to £150,000 plus a competitive corporate package
