One of the Largest Premium Mens & Women’s fashion distribution/retail/marketing companies who develop some of the most prestigious names in the contemporary market are looking for a self-driven, confident credit controller to join their team on a temp to perm basis.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Customer Services and Customer Account Management
- Full responsibility for unpaid invoices and ensuring timely collection
- Resolving issues as and when they occur and communicate solutions
- Posting and allocation of receipts/payments/discounts/vat in the system
- Setting up new accounts and agreeing payment terms
- Sending out monthly statements
- Dealing with agencies and solicitors where necessary
- Administration tasks when required
- Ability to create reports for senior members of staff
Requirements:
- 2 years minimum Credit Control Experience
- Experience of working preferably in fashion or retail industry
- Excellent customer service skills with a confident and positive attitude
- Team player as well as the ability to work well individually
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines
